Listing a childcare provider, summer camp, enrichment class, or event venue on our platform does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, recommendation, safety clearance, or background check by My Paid Village. • Profile Accuracy: When creating your account and profile, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and updated information, including your contact details, general/preferred location (e.g., ZIP code), and program preferences.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Family Responsibility & Independent Vetting

• No Background Checks: You acknowledge and agree that My Paid Village is a discovery tool and does not independently screen, background check, inspect, or license any childcare facility, camp director, venue operator, or family.
• Duty to Vet: You assume total responsibility and risk for choosing a program. You are strongly advised to tour facilities, request proof of state/local licensing, check staff background clearances, and evaluate safety standards independently prior to enrolling any child.

3. User Content, Feedback & Moderation

• Truthful Feedback: Any reviews, direct messages, questions, or community feedback you submit must be honest, accurate, based on genuine personal experience, and free from malicious intent.
• Prohibited Content: You strictly agree NOT to post false allegations, profanity, defamatory content, discriminatory statements, or personally identifiable information (PII) of minors (such as full legal names, photos of children other than your own, or specific residential address locations).
• Content Moderation: We reserve the administrative right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, flag, edit, or remove any user feedback or communications that violate these terms or community guidelines.

4. Direct Inquiries & Tour Scheduling

• Inquiry Transmission: Tour scheduling requests, direct inquiries, and question forms submitted through the platform are transmitted directly to the respective program provider. My Paid Village does not guarantee response times, tour confirmations, or enrollment acceptance into any program.

1. Business Credentials & Authorization

• Authority: By creating a program profile, submitting a new listing, or submitting a profile claim request for an existing listing, you represent and warrant that you are an authorized owner, director, or designated agent of the business entity.
• Licensing & Compliance: You represent that your business complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, licensing requirements, safety certifications, health codes, and liability insurance mandates required for your operations.

2. Accuracy & Ownership of Listing Media

• Listing Maintenance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all published information—including business name, facility logos, phone numbers, contact emails, website URLs, operating schedules, age ranges, tuition rates, enrollment fees, meals provided, and availability status—is truthful, complete, and updated promptly when changes occur.
• Media Rights & Copyright: You represent that you hold all necessary intellectual property rights, copyright permissions, and parental media release forms for any photos, logos, or materials uploaded to the platform. You agree not to upload unauthorized images of minors without their explicit consent.

3. Claiming Pre-Existing Listings

• Listing Verification: Directory listings created via public data ingestion or platform indexing may be claimed by authorized business owners. We reserve the right to request proof of authorization (e.g., official email domain match, state business registration, or utility proof) prior to approving listing transfers.

4. Subscriptions, Tier Features & Tiered Gating

• Paid Tier Features: Certain advanced platform features are reserved for paid subscription tiers.
• Review Response Gating: Free-tier provider accounts are restricted from posting official business responses to user reviews unless upgraded to an eligible paid subscription.
• Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the specified billing interval (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date in accordance with billing settings.

5. Dispute Resolution & Review Moderation

• Review Moderation Requests: Verified business owners may submit formal dispute requests for user reviews that contain demonstrable factual falsehoods, hate speech, or violations of platform policies. Platform administration retains final authority over all review moderation decisions.

• Family Data: Account registration details (name, email address, password hash), search location preferences (ZIP code, city), children’s age ranges (stored strictly in months and year brackets for filter matching), program attendance records, saved listings, tour requests, and submitted reviews.
• Provider Data: Business entity name, address, contact telephone, contact email, official website URL, program parameters, tuition structures, operating schedules, facility logo, and photo uploads.
• Automated Technical Data: Device type, browser identifier, IP address, referral URLs, and platform interaction telemetry to secure our services and prevent abuse.

2. Children’s Data Protection & COPPA Compliance

• Adult Audience Focus: Our platform is intended strictly for use by legal guardians, parents, legal adult families, and authorized childcare business representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 years of age.
• Child Profile Parameters: Family users may enter non-personally identifiable age parameters (e.g., birth month and year) solely to enable search filtering and calculate program eligibility. Families must NOT submit full names, full birth dates, social security numbers, or identifiable photos of minor children.

• Public Directory Visibility: Public listing details, provider photos, program parameters, and family public reviews are accessible to all platform visitors.
• Service Processors: We use trusted third-party cloud hosting, payment infrastructure, address mapping (e.g., Google Places API), and analytics providers under strict data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention, Rights & Account Deletion

Users have the right to access, rectify, or request permanent deletion of their personal accounts and stored profile data at any time through account settings or by submitting a support ticket to platform administrators. Upon verified deletion requests, personal data will be purged from active databases in accordance with retention standards.
