Charm Jewelry & Pottery Party
Designing a CHARM NECKLACE OR BRACELET Ceramic Jewelry Box Project Kids will start by exploring the Westchester Charm Bar to choose their favorite charms for a bracelet or necklace (there are also key chains and earrings as an option). They will design their jewelry while the studio assistant will attach the charms. During this time, children will paint a special ceramic jewelry box to keep their new treasures safe. Selection of paints, brushes, and other painting tools necessary to complete the project Personalized birthday party plate on which we collect colorful fingerprints and names of your guests Dedicated A-Maze-in Creative Assistant/s to lead the kids through the party and ensure that everybody is having fun Celebration Time (about 30 minutes) That is the time for 🍕pizza (or other easy to serve choice food), 🎂 cake or 🧁cupcakes or other snacks. An extra food table, help with serving food, cake & drinks, which you provide, as well as a set-up and a clean up.

Deposit: There is $90 deposit required at the time of booking your party to secure the date and time. This will be deducted fully from the party total on the date of the party
Refunds & cancellation: Due to limited seating, we ask that you cancel your party reservation at least 14 days before a scheduled party. This allows us to fill the spot. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you change your mind about your event within less than 14 but more than 7 days before the event, we will allow you to reschedule or offer you a credit to your account, but we do not offer refunds. You can use these credits for any future studio event or walk-in session. You will lose your deposit if the party is canceled less than 7 days before the event.
Weather & rescheduling: We reserve the right to cancel an event due to inclement weather conditions that would make it unsafe for our staff/customers to travel to the studio. We will work with you to reschedule the party should it be cancelled due to severe weather conditions.
